- Article 1 (Purpose)
- These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are intended to define all aspects of hosting and membership.
- Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
- 'Member' means a person who has registered a member by providing personal information to the MARU hosting and is able to continuously use the services provided by the MARU Hosting.
- Article 3 (Publication and Change of Terms)
- ① MARUHOSTING may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws such as the Law on Regulation of Terms, the Basic Act on Electronic Commerce, the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.
② MARUHOSTING may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate the relevant laws such as the Law on Regulation of Terms, the Basic Act on Electronic Commerce, the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.
③ The terms and conditions changed by the method of the preceding paragraph will be effective also for existing members.
④ The matters not set forth in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations.
- Article 4 (Outside Terms and Rules and Competent Court)
- ① Any matters not specified in this agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with domestic laws.
② If a dispute arises between the member and MARUHOSTING, the Seoul Civil District Court shall be the competent court. - Article 5 (Membership and Qualifications)
- ① You will be registered as a member by filling out the membership information according to the form set by MARUHOSTING and applying for membership.
② In the case of one of the following items, MARUHOSTING may not admit membership of the membership voluntarily or may be deprived of membership.
1. If you have applied for someone else's name
2.When applying for a false statement on the application form
3.If you applied for the purpose of hindering social well-being or morals.
4.Threatening the electronic trading order, such as interfering with the use of others' MARUHOSTING or stealing the information
5.If you use MARUHOSTING to prohibit the law and this agreement, or if you do something contrary to public order and morals
③ If MARUHOSTING deprives you of membership, you will cancel membership registration. In this case, we will notify the member and give them the opportunity to call before the cancellation of membership registration. - Article 6 (Acquisition and Use of Personal Information)
- ① MARUHOSTING can receive information about various personal information from customers, and the information provided by MARUHOSTING can be used to make efficient use of the services provided by MARUHOSTING.
② MARUHOSTING can not provide third parties with personal information obtained from customers without prior consent of the customer.
However, except when it falls under any of the following subparagraphs:
1.Provide WHOIS services for domain names.
2.At the request of the national authorities in accordance with related laws such as the Basic Act on Telecommunications
3.If there is a criminal purpose for the crime or a request from the Information Communication Ethics Committee
4.When using member's information (name, address, telephone number) for business communication
5.If you share some information about banking matters
6.If it is necessary for statistical writing, promotional materials, academic research or market research, provided in a form that can not be identified as a specific customer - Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal)
- ① Members may request withdrawal from MARUHOSTING at any time, and MARUHOSTING will immediately process withdrawal from membership.
② MARUHOSTING will not handle withdrawal if the expiration date of the service being used by the member in MARUHOSTING has not passed. - Article 8 (Notice to Members)
- ① If MARUHOSTING gives notice to a member, it can do so by e-mail address submitted by MARUHOSTING.
② MARUHOSTING can be replaced by individual notice by posting on MARUHOSTING bulletin board for more than one week in case of notice to many unspecified members. - Article 9 (Obligation of MARUHOSTING)
- ① MARUHOSTING shall do its best to provide continuous and stable service as stipulated by this Agreement.
② MARUHOSTING shall always make every effort for information security by taking administrative and technical safety measures for personal information including the registrant's information.
③ MARUHOSTING maximizes customer satisfaction by contributing to the development of internet business by providing high-quality services through continuous research and development by doing our best to maintain order in electronic commerce through fair and sound operation.
④ MARUHOSTING shall promptly deal with the inconveniences and problems that arise from the customer, if deemed justified. However, if it is difficult to process promptly, the customer should be informed promptly of the reason and schedule of processing.
⑤ MARUHOSTING actively cooperates with consumer protection groups and public institutions on requests for materials necessary for promoting consumer protection duties. - Article 10 (Membership Obligations)
- ① All responsibility for ID and password is the responsibility of the member.
② Members should not allow third parties to know their ID and password.
③ Members are required to comply with the provisions of this Agreement and related laws.
④ If you do any of the following ①, your right to use will be deprived.
1.Acts that are objectively judged to be connected with crime
2.Acts that violate other related laws and regulations - Article 1 (Effective Date)
These Terms will be effective Jun 10, 2019.
